    “They say tenants of buildings enrolled in the program are at a “heightened risk of unjustified and unlawful” stop-and-frisks or trespassing arrests.”

    How about letting the tenants know the building has ENROLLED in the program & the reason why. Then the NYPD can arrest some of the NYCLU members for being idiots!!

    Here’s a thought. Just stop patrolling and tell the tenants to call the NYCLU to report a crime and let them respond how in whatever way they see seems best.
