    Unless the window sills were sanded creating airborne dust, lead paint isn’t a problem. Seems everyone and anyone who has elevated lead levels wants money. Elevated lead levels doesn’t = lead poisoining. Good verdict. Next time maybe the parents won’t allow their kid to eat paint chips.

      I agree. Wish it could be the same in New York, specifically the Bronx. It’s rediculous here. I have seen cases where the child lived in an apartment in the Bronx, moved back to their previous country, came back here and thier parents sued. America is a wonderful place.

    More likely the kid got lead exposure from Chinese toys his parents provided.
