    Thank you Mr. Sparccarelli for not yielding to this company’s controlling tactics. When companies sell product & service commitments they need to honor them and not hide behind the small print. And when they put ridiculous stipulations in their contracts they deserve the public repercussions. They were probably hoping to shut you up with a few dollars. Thank you for not giving them the chance. Not everyone has the know how or patience to take their grievances to small claims court; but with your help, other consumers can streamline their cases and reach a good result. Hopefully, this will public outing of their tactics will change how they do business and inspire other companies to stop taking advantage of their customers and trying to muzzle them into silence with a few dollars. I hope another carrier decides to make you a paid endorsement deal.
