    This guy epitomizes what’s wrong with our country. “complimentary” means just that; you don’t pay for it. Maybe he joined not to stay in shape, but to eat free breakfasts. How typical of lawyers with nothing better to do.

    But, I can see if the breakfast is part of his contractual benefits listed in the agreement he signed, He would have a case or at least should be permitted to void the remainder of the contract and go work out somewhere else. They gym also should have immediately updated their advertisements and website or they could be on it for false advertising.

    for the price of one months membership, he could have bought jogging clothes and a set of weights. the money left over could have bought him a big mac every morning.
    and then he wouldn’t have to rub shoulders with the likes of himself, which would be repugnant.

    How much breakfast does $230k buy? If he eats that much in less than a year, they should have refunded his membership because they must be losing money.
