What’s wrong with this picture? A guy from DETROIT shows up to buy 2 buses for $600,000 and is allowed to drive them away without paying or confirming financing? This is a poorly managed organization that created its own problems.
While it is so much easier to sit back and judge, I would assume there are many facts that were not included in the article. I would suggest you google this man… clearly a well established con-artist.
