I really hope White Castle does not have to pay this goof. Hey, you want to get your fix of sliders, fine, but they should not have to accomodate your fat behind because it won’t fit in a normal booth.
belly bombers are already too expensive due to the ridiculous advertising campaign of WC…didn’t this idiot note the burgers are small??? So is he suing McDonalds and Burger King for making him fat and White Castle for embarrassing him because they needed a can opener to pry him out of their seating? Hope he didn’t try using the toilet while he was there…he’d probably file suit if he got stuck trying to crawl under the door of a pay toilet (and they used to have pay toilets in the good ole’ days…burgers were a dime…a trip to the can cost you a nickel!). Better not pay this guy or the customers will revolt.
Seriously, I feel bad for the guy. It’s really confusing how tables and seats/benches are supported by legs that are often painted black; by now, one figures all restaurants would have perfected anti-gravity devices so their seats and tables would just hover without being attached to the ground. Better yet, it would prevent lard butt from sitting on the thing and cracking it in two…which would result in another lawsuit…since when does anyone owe us a comfortable place to sit? This is White Castle…it’s nothing about comfort, it’s about the dang onions…liver and onions on itty bitty buns…
Apparently he didn’t have enough sense to get it to go & sit outside. Apparently the booths are proportional to the burgers, but he couldn’t figure it out.
Exactly what is his disability? Being too fat to fit in a booth? I go to a restaurant for lunch that has a bar area. My friends and I sit at the bar because the service is much faster. I am 5’2″ and made a comment to my friend the other day that I needed a booster seat because the bar is so much higher than the bar stools…maybe I should sue the restaurant because I look like Kilroy while trying to eat my lunch…it’s really embarassing…give me a break!
I almost died due to medical malpractice and every lawyer I bought the case to said there is definately malpractice but the case is too hard to litigate but a lawyer took this jerks case. What a waste of time…Maybe if he lays off of the sliders he’ll be able to fit in the booth.
He has no case. The condition was open and obvious and I doubt this was his first visit there. He insisted on trying to jam his fat ass into a booth anyway. He has no disability other than being a jerk.
So his injury was due to him being obese?! And that’s a claim why???? Try putting down the fork, getting out and exercising… you might be able to FIT IN THE BOOTH better that way.
And before everyone says I have no sympathy, I am now a size 2 or 4, down from a 14 or 16. I lost close to 80 lbs, and am in great shape now. IF I can put down the fork, so can he.

First of all he needs to lose weight and second of all he can start by not going to Hamburger joints.

I’m sure David Letterman will have fun with this.

look at it this way, you don’t have all the stuff dripping so far down to your plate instead of in your lap (where it usually ends up!)

From one fatty to another
