The Delaware Judge and verdict are idiots and our legal system is fatally flawed. If there is any merit to the “alleged” charges, there is no acceptable excuse for anyone to wait 50 (THAT’S FIFTY FREAKING YEARS) TO COME FORWARD. There should have been a statute of limitation on this but I’m sure the plaintiffs’ bar buried that argument for sake of profits.
This jack_ss must be in his SIXTIES and now comes forward complaining that Father Nelson grabbed his _ss 50 (FIFTY YEARS AGO)? If it affected him so dramatically, why did he wait until it became vogue and profitable to make a claim? I for one am sick and tired of this travesty and have nothing but contempt for a legal system that promulgates it.
