I understand that perhaps the number of bullets seems high, however; Police are trained to eliminate a threat, from what I can tell the suspect rammed them with his vehicle thus he was attempting to harm or kill them. There wasn’t anything else they could have done.
My question is this: EVEN if she does win all this money, there is no way to bring back her son. He Is DEAD. I remember a time when mourning was a private thing, families did it together and healed. Isn’t suing someone just like ripping off a large scab?
I don’t understand people like this, and I don’t understand how all the money in the world could ease or take the pain away from losing a child.
That sounds good in theory, and it fits with this situation, but what happens when “socity” desides to start taking rights away from its citizens.
Just a hypothetical question for you. Lets say that the government desides to disarm its citizens (like in Japan), but the police and miltary are able to carry guns. If we need to defend ourselves, but have to follow the rule of law, how do we keep our rights?
….for carrying a lame 9mm with no stopping power. Had they been carrying something more along the lines of .45 ACP,they could have accomplished the same end result with say…..40 rounds, thereby saving the dept 30 rounds to use on another worthless piece of street trash that adds no value to society.
These police need to use their heads and start thinking quality over quantity of rounds :)
If the suspect really did try to ram the police. Then he got what he deserved but from information in the Baltimore newspaper. The video disputes the police version.
first and foremost this ignorance is’t sitting right for me and i believe it was a wrongful death due the whole situation this man was not trying to hit the police they shot him because they assumed he has a weapon due to his past and he didn’t the car moved toward the officers after the opened fired and the bullet enter his head how do i know cause he has someone in the car stating the same thing that didn’t get hit not one damn time and on top of that they were at the gas station getting gas and was surrounded by the police for something that they had reason to pull him over since they had no drug transactions on top of no weapon being shown he was outta of the country at the time of dates that the police are saying he was selling drugs and and was being watched and again i know this cause he was with me and there were plane tickets proving this they had no reason to use forceful death and he had no drugs no weapon nothing to cause anyone to kill him it was scared trigger happy poilice of dundalk md period.

Come on now its 2010 and this happened in 2008……………took a long time to cook this up
If this is the story related to the IJ post, then how is that the Baltimore police shot someone in Los Angeles?
Mourning has been replaced by currency. You know it’s not about the money, but somehow it sure soothes the feelings….and the pocketbooks.

But it does them no good if they can’t hit the target.
Now, get yourself a nice Remmington 12 gauge with some bird shot….Hard to miss.
*Shakes head sadly* Its… just so wrong…
