It seems that once a person reaches adulthood, if he/she has a claim, they should be required to come forward. Personally, I’d put a statute of limitation on these kinds of subjective complaints of age 21 plus 5 years. That is sufficient time to take action, otherwise, this charade can go on indefinitely.
