All “fun” aside, what I really want to know is the “nature” of her “on-the-job” injuries, and what were her “indemnity” payments………
Sometimes, you just can’t make this stuff up. Thank you IJ!

Exactly who was she observed by? Surely no one in the insurance industry frequents that type of establishment.

anyone that resigns the same day they have an injury claim ends up in the compensability department of the carrier’s claims office.

i’m sure someone from their investigation team tailed her and documented the activity.

when i was in the lit department of a major US carrier, we had an airline baggage handler do the same thing – except she was doing private shows and turned out to be a prostitute and pimp. turned into more of a major problem for the airline, because she was pimping other girls in the ground ops and many other airline employees were found to be regular customers of her operation.

i wish i was making this up.

This made the local (Philly) news yesterday. Had a good laugh. What the IJ doesn’t tell you is that the name of the club where she was caught is called “C.R. Fanny’s.” Yes, I’m serious.

I think she was observed by employees of S&P, Moody’s and A.M. Best. It’s rather obvious those guys were not observing AIG.

Funny how a measly $27,000 fraud by this small time cheat gets the IJ all riled up and gets this published in their cheesy publication. Wow. How diligent. Yet the corrupt Delaware insurance commissioner gets a pass even though the IJ got the evidence. Not even millions are big enough for them to pay attention when it’s a crooked politician. No wonder this country is going to hell in a handbasket.

The IJ just publishes press releases. They don’t get “all riled up”, and they don’t opine. Why the chip on your shoulder about the DE DOI? You need a break – maybe a nice exotic dance club like CR Fannys.
