Why is it that the statue of liability on most personal injuries is the age of 21 plus 3 years, and they want to permit alleged emotional injuries over half a century? This is absurd! Until the money incentive was introduced we never hear of these allegations. Coincidence? I doubt it. There needs to be a realistic statute on these things and it seems the age of 21 plus five years is plenty. After that, nobody can objectively investigate and many of the accused are dead. And what if somebody had their a ss grabbed 30 years ago? How much is that worth? People have the ability to decide if they want to be a “victim” their entire lives. These claims are pathetic. A few attorneys have found their niche and are “mining” these allegations for all they’re worth.
