Just another abuse of authority by the police and violation of the constitution. A simple statutory ticket would have sufficed. I don’t think Mrs. Officer Nicole lost any sleep over the death of this man. She violated this mans constitutional rights and should go to jail along with the other officers who did not stop her actions which they swore to protect.
