Great. Now I’ll have to pay more to feed my animals. If PS looses, the cost will be passed on to all of us.

He is right on – the cost will be passed to the consumers; use common sense, oh this store is for dogs and they don’t have a restroom…lol

I wonder how many of these suits happen? If you have ever been to Petsmart, you constantly have to dodge land mines & puddles. It’s inconsiderate owners that make the mess.

These poor employees barely make more than minimum wage & are expected to clean up too?

Leave the dog in the car.

Owners carry your poope scoopers and clean up after your nasty little animals! I do not see anything wrong with the lawsuit because I would be mad as hell if I fell in some feces! My falling in it warrants $2,000,000 before I even break a tooth or anything else!

There are two key elements the plaintiff will need to overcome to establish liability and collect. The first is establishing notice of the condition(actual or constructive)to the staff at PS. The second is the condition was open and obvious and anybody looking where they were walking certainly wouldn’t step into a pile of dog crap. PS didn’t create the condition and unless it knew about it shouldn’t have any liability.

Leave the pets at home. I do. They don’t really need to go shopping and do that type thing in the store.
