Ever notice the NTSB never issues a report for at least 18 months following an investigation? Self-preservation must the reason. It shouldn’t take that long for ANY investigation. Apparently nobody really cares because they keep doing business as usual. I’d fire the bunch and outsource investigations to an independent company. Would probably cost less and the results would be known much quicker.
