    @ Tx Agentman,

Local papers print names of arrestees all the time. They use the disclaimer word alleged.

That’s right, who are these bums? If they know there are 17 of them, then they know who they are.

It could be that the names have not yet been released to the public. Just a thought.

The new indictments include charges against a chiropractor, Stephen Rios, 45, of Philadelphia, and an attorney, Glori A. Kasner, 36, of Huntingdon Valley.

It may be because they are only charged, not convicted. Its just a thought, I would be wrong. Anyone can claim that someone else broke the law. You don’t have to have evidence to accuse someone of wrong doing, but you have to have proof to convict them of such.

They must be getting there ideas form Florida. This kind of things happens here
everyday. These clinics even have TV Ads and Radio Ads. In Florida they would need a 1000 page or more book just to name all these people. Doctors, Lawyers, Clinics,Insured, runners for these doctors, Clinics, and lawyers. It is awful. Hopefully they will be able to stop this kind of thing in Penn before it gets out of hand like it is here.

well, 1st loser is the active cop that set this whole ring up… 2nd loser of course is the attorney who’s really scamming money into his own pocket… all other little critters are just that, little bugs… the major players need to be shown the truth behind being a fraud… you wonder why insurance costs keep going up… i hope they fine them lots of and restitute those companies for the money that was paid out… oh, they should include the costs of the investigation as well!
