Why not sue the party that failed to cook the beef properly. I’ll wager all beef sold (unlress irradiated properly) contains various strains of E. Coli. The improper handling of, storage of, and most significantly the failure to adequately cook meat that contains E. Coli is the problem. Oh, sorry – maybe she ate it raw and there was no warning label advising not to eat it raw as all beef sold definitely has some level of E. Coli in and on it. Give her a zillion dollars please.
