Lawsuit Filed Against Maryland Hospital over Stents

    The worst part of this story is that the unnamed physician may now be practicing at another hospital.

    Is he/she still licensed?

    The unnamed physician has been named in the news every day in MD – Dr. Mark Midei The news reports that he is no longer associated with the hospital but he still has his private practice. The lawyers are swarming over this.     Does it hurt your body to have the stent in place? Seems to me it might prevent these patients from having a heart attack down the road. Maybe he did a few of these people a favor.

    This is the type of action that has cost the American public mega amounts of money for medical coverage.
    I hope they hang by their cahonas!

    My father had two stents he is not in great health and they put his life in danger this is not something to mess around with my father could have died on the opperating table just by beaing put under, all the people that think this is a unnessary lawsuit should ask their self what would they do if it were a partent or loved one who was opperated on and did not need it……
