We have way too many lawyers with too much time on their hands, and apparently not enough money in their pockets. The judge who hears this case needs to slap the heck out of the attorney and their client!!!
this is kind of like the nudist colony thing where the only people there are the exact group of folks you’d prefer not to see nude. if this clutz needs a class to teach her how to dance, there’s a good chance i probably didn’t want to see her perform anyways! hopefully she’s a perm/total by way of pole dancing.
Whoa, maybe this is the same attorney that took the moose falling on the poor, poor victim reported earlier this week. Don’tcha just feel sooo sorry for them??

I hope the judge dismisses this case immediately. She clearly knew her limitations yet negligently tried the exercise anyway.
