One has to wonder how anyone could sit on their legs for 12 hours un-interrupted. She would have had to have at least a couple pee breaks. Where were her friends? Who would allow a smashed person to sit in that position? She could and should have been laid down. By the time she got to the hospitall, the circulatory damage was done. As usual, this genius won’t acknowledge her own stupidity and negligence and wants to transfer the blame to someone else. Hopefully, she’ll get nothing. I’m sure her scumbag attorney knows more than the trained medical professional involved. Too bad he wasn’t there to render treatment.

Let me get this straight …. others are now responsible for the position you pass out in? My God when will the insanity stop.

It will never stop as long as there are unscrupulous personal injury attorneys out there. Their existence depends on trying to use the flawed legal system to their advantage by manipulating the law and the facts. We need a better system. Aside from being expensive, Justice shouldn’t always be measured in dollars. (I can hear the attorneys squeeling already)

Maybe I am not reading something…she passed out, woke up??, and then went to the hospital OR she was taken to the hospital while passed out??

If she was awake, could she have not told the doctors what was wrong with her?

I am just not getting it…

She complained of pain on being awakened by a relative, she suffered a compartment syndrome which requires surgery to prevent permanent damage. Her argument is that the hospital discounted her repeated complaints because she was still drunk and didn’t treat the compartment syndrome. After an extended delay she was transferred to a real hospital, but it was apparently too late to treat.
