… and let Kodak keep their $21.4 mil. They’re right, it’s NOT fair!

I am SO surprised that the ex-workers think the attorney fees were too high. Where’d that come from? Sheesh!

…as though they would have been able to get ANY relief without the help of a lawyer? Hardly. For better or for worse, these people would have been helpless.

July 2010, Nothing has been done yet, they act like they on vacation or waiting until everyone die off from cancer before they get that little bit of money. It’s a shame how black people are treated all the way around. Whites that sued kodak got there money in less than a year. so what’s the delay????????

“…they act like they on vacation…”.

Actually, they are budding grammarians honing their skills elsewhere. They moved from the ‘hood and left no forwarding addresses.

@amounts? I was under the impression if u left the company and signed a waiver that u only get $1k…but if u refused to sign away ur title 7 rights ur eligible for more…I think Mrs OP signed away her title 7 rights which in and of itself is a discrimatory practice. The bottom line is the JUDGE & POLITICS! He hasn’t decided because he wants the nice cushion civil case on his books to control his case load…IDK…Pay the lawyers; give me my money and let’s move on…this has gone on for 2 long…
