I learned downhill skiing and found it to be very, very risky at first and hit a few trees myself. Anyone can tell you that it is an inherently dangerous activity. Now the parents sue because their daughter took skiing instead of tennis or golf or bowling? Seems to me that this should have been tossed as soon as it was filed, but that, to me, would be common sense, which we all know has no place in a “civil” court.
