Underage drinking is a parental problem, not the federal government. I’d love to see the specific plans on how this money will be spent. If the state already has a plan that’s working, what “additional” will be gained from throwing $11,500,000 at it? People are out of work and starving in this country but does the government help them? This sounds like more “pork” and “payback” that is unecessary and disgusting.
