    well, another episode. where was the safety harness attached? i think we need a safety standdown on proper procedures for scaffolding safety.

    I can almost guarantee that the safety procedures were in force except for one thing. The employees don’t want to use the equipment because it slows them down. Weight limits apply as well. We employees need to follow the safety procedures that our employers have put into place.

    To chuck chuck chuck and wudchuck:

    Hard to tell if this was a swing stage scaffold (where a fall arrest system would be required) or frame/system scaffold, which, if properly erected, would not require any other fall protection. Regardless, something obviously went wrong.

    (Are you guys related at all?)
