    Hey Gov. Paterson… How about placing an assessment on the Trial Lawyers to support the malpractice high-risk pool?

    New York has discovered their version of Florida and California’s magic wand. Wave it and all insurers are profitable, all premiums are low. The he// with sound underwriting, reserving, and pricing.
