    This has been going on for years. Maybe the “author” will retire soon and get someone in there that can actually put out a professional product.

    consolidating all these small village and town police, fire, and EMS organizations into a countywide organization would save millions of dollars and provide a coordinated level of service that we sorely need in this county. Please bring Westchester into the 21st century!
