This woman is an idiot as is the judge for allowing the negligence aspect of the “claim” to proceed. What was this bimbo doing “between the crossing gate and a speeding train”? As for her allegation she was “shaken”….that could happen stepping off a curb and almost getting hit by a car. She has no injury and deserves no money.
