Maybe those same prosecutors should play the tape on prime time tv & ask all those smiling faces to come forward to contribute to the settlement. I’m sure they would line up to do it.

“Jdimytai Damour, a temporary employee, had been on the job for about a week and had no training in security or crowd control when a crowd estimated at 2,000 broke down the Valley Stream store’s doors, trapping him in a vestibule.”

This says it all. It doesn’t matter this poor schmuck had no “crowd control training”. Nobody could have made an impact on the herd of human animals who were solely responsible for crushing him. If you saw the video clip you’ll need no more convincing.

WalMart doesn’t need to spend over $2B on “Safety”. The next time it has a sale, it just hands out numbers and allows only small groups inside at a time.

Sounds like the prosecutors extorted the $2mm.
