Anyone know how much prejudgment interest would be on something like this – then taking into consideration the atty fees how much does each of the 365 individuals actually net?
Too lazy to compute pre-judgment interest and that’s not mentioned. However, considering the two suits and awards total 80M, the plaintiffs would net about 50% after blood sucker fees and costs. That comes to roughly 110,000 for each of the 365 plaintiffs over 14 years. That averages about 7,900 per year.
WHAT ABOUT THE YOUNGER GENERATION WHO LIVED THERE AND ARE NOW JUST GETTING DIAGNOSED WITH DISEASES???? IT’S NOT FAIR TO THEM THAT THEY CANNOT FILE ANY CLAIMS, OR CAN THEY?
