How in the world can one doctor treat up to 60 patients a day? I wonder if there can be negligence on the doctor’s part…that many patients in one day could lead to sloppiness when it comes to keeping everything sterile, especially if the staff is overworked and underpaid. This guy also had other health code violations previously. I wonder why this didn’t send signals before?

And doctors want to know why their medical malpractice rates are so high….

Quote: “There’s no proof,” he said. “This is a rush to judgment … before they get test results back.”

Proof: “Investigators said they found blood on the floor of a room where chemotherapy was administered, blood in a bin where blood vials were stored, open medication vials and unsterile saline and gauze.

Inspectors also cited problems with cross-contamination of pens, refrigerators and countertops; use of contaminated gloves; and misuse of antiseptics, among other health code violations…
…Since 2002, Dara has paid nearly $56,000 in fines for infection control health code violations, court records show.”

    What a d-bag of a doctor.
