Arsonists are cowardly idiots who have nothing better to do in their pathetic lives than to put decent people’s lives and property at risk by playing with matches. When the cops find this freak they should shoot him on sight. Either that or beat him within an inch of his life to make a point.
Hello,I live about 5 miles from Coatesville where the fires have been occurring (they are now branching out to area’s adjacent to Coatesville). After almost 18 months of arson fires, local & regional officials are only now stepping up their efforts to catch the arsonist(s). The area of Coatesville is predominantly African American & I have to wonder if this is a part of why there has only been attention paid (and resources finally available)recently. I could be wrong, but even the amount of the reward (now 20K-was 5K for over a year) demonstrates, at least in part, to me that the arson was only being viewed as a Coatesville problem (despite a person death last year and over 20 houses burned down in 2008). If this type of occurrence was occurring in my neighborhood (which it may yet come to given my home’s proximity to Coatesville, PA), I suspect the reward will be excess of 100K + we’ll have the FBI, SWAT & every other alphabet Gov’t unit available..Just a thought.
