I don’t get it – the ‘fix’ for this would be a replacement bridge – presumably with chicletts size teeth – right? Surely the dentist offered this ? Measure of damages would be the replacement bridge – yes? Also – what did the Consent she must have signed pre-op look like? If patient declined remediation does this reduce damages in Conn.?
