LETS ALL FEEL SORRY FOR THE POOR JUDGE THAT COMMITTED BLATANT FRAUD. I CANT BELIEVE THEY WOULDNT TAKE HIS PENSION. NO WONDER PREMIUMS ARE WHAT THEY ARE. JUST FLOORS ME THAT THERE IS ANY SYMPATHY AT ALL FOR THIS CRIMINAL. HE’S NO DIFFERENT THAN A MUDERER. I HOPE HE DOES THE MAX.

If he got $440,000 in insurance settlements how can they ask him to pay $477,700 back. He may have been found guilty but that sounds like he is being charged more interest than AIG

I totally agree. He used his job to bully the companies into paying him an outragious amount of money so that he could buy toys and a house he couldn’t afford to begin with. He needs to do time and pay back every penny because if the shoe was on the other foot he would render the same verdict.

you are correct, what makes a government official any different than a regular citizen. granted he may be retired, but that does not make him any more special than anyone else. his sentence should be no different, possibly more so, because of the fact he kept saying judge. it should be noted that although we gave you the power per the vote, does not mean you can’t be held responsible. you have to abide by the same rules and regs. i think many folks in high positions, don’t want to comply w/the rules.
