Even a moron knows that:
a. a mechanical bull is dangerous
b. it is not an amusement ride that operates at a single speed.
c. there is an operator who’s job it is to increase the speed to challege the rider to stay on.
d. most people who try this stupid stunt have been drinking.
e. Aaron Schnore doesn’t sound like a cowboy/athlete name.
Hopefully he’ll get “thrown” again by the judge when his suit gets tossed.
The underlying negligence rests with this jerk for allowing himself to become intoxicated to the point he couldn’t make rational judgements. I doubt he was alone and his friends probably encouraged him to give it a try.
He did sign a waiver according to the local newspapers but now alleges he was too drunk to know what he was signing. This jerk is a wannabee screenwriter who is old enough to know better. I hope his injuries are painful. This garbage should never see daylight in a court. But…..it’s NYC.
Aaron obviously confused and over-served mistakes the mechanical bull from the kiddy-bull and hurts himself. On a side note, 3 lawyers also claim injury while rushing to the drunken Mr. Schnore in an attempt to hand him their business cards.

I thought that people were to sign waivers not to sue, like they do with bungy jumping?
Even if he did not, I agree, he knew this was dangerous, intoxicated or not.
