Maybe I’m being touchy, but I don’t think the owners should have been given bankruptcy protection. Weren’t they the ones that bought the cheapest insulation that was available. And they owned a night club that had inadequate fire exits. From my angle they seem MUCH more guilty than most of the companies throwing money at the lawsuits.
