Enough signs for the jury, of course. Unless someone for the City is standing directly in front of the plaintiff and the child waving a sign and shouting that swimming in water is a dangerous endeavor, there are never enough signs for the lawyers.

Or Hispanic’s who lie that they can’t read or speak English to make a money grab. Where’s the father?

Their last name does not make then hispanic. One of my friend’s last name is Nguyen and she is not Philipino. With a daughter named Tiffany, I am guessing that he is not hispanic.

However, what does race have to do with filing a lawsuit. Many lawsuits are filed by all races in the U.S.

    Isn’t Nguyen Vietnamese (pronounced new-when)?

Of course race has nothing to do with it. A lawyer grasping at straws and likely costing the city a fortune in defense costs is what this is about. He’s likely the 10-12th one she went to, after the others turned her down. What jury is going to buy “I didn’t know the sandbar and river were a drowning danger”???
