This atty should be disbarred and ordered to pay treble and punitive damages to his client. He was probably hoping that the guy died, so that he can pocket the money forever. His office should be investigated to determine if he settled any cases for $20,000, but told the client that it actually settled for $10,000, and took the customary 33%,on top of the extra $10,00 that he pocketed.
