Geeeeeze – 2 in 30 minutes – maybe a new record – would also like to see the “person to whom the suspect was released” (w/ b.a.l. of .25)arrested and charged as accessory before and after the fact. suspect may have pretty good defense to second pop (too impaired to form intent) – also cops have a screw loose to have lost custody of this impaired suspect after initial apprehension (thanks be to le bon dieu he didn’t run into somebody and injure or kill them)
