    Gee – what took him so long to “retire”? They probably couldn’t fire him, but he sure was not fit to sit at the bench with an indictment hanging over his head.

    He is setting a great example for the rest of the legal community – and I am sure more than one lawyer will try to follow in his footsteps. After all, that is a lot of money.

    They should try the ******* in the place where he perpetrated the fraud. He should suffer the consequences of whatever adverse publicity was generated. Changing the venue works in his favor as the new locale won’t appreciate what a jerk he was. He “messed” in Erie, let him clean-up in Erie and face the consequences.
