Where did this little punk learn it’s OK to destroy property and jeapardize lives? Kids don’t revert to this kind of behavior without examples, bad ones, being part of their up-bringing. I can’t begin to imagine the level of hatred that prompted this. You can bet the parent(s) are uninsured and since the kid is a juvenile, she’ll skate with probabtion. Once again, society takes it in the shorts and will pay for this somehow.
This may not pan out as poorly as you dread, Dread. The arsonist is 19. She should have the book thrown at her. She is old enough to know that she could have killed someone and deserves to serve time and be ordered to repay her debt.
