    Yes, this is a fantastic lawsuit. Maybe this will slow down the abuse of frivilous lawsuits.

    This is why establishing a prima facea case is so important. The lawyer never should have taken this one on. The employer hired a woman with kids instead of a woman with kids and there’s gender discrimination? The gal just wanted money.

    I applaud the court for exercising a rare skill…….common sense. This woman wanted to be paid more money. With that comes increased responsibility and higher expectations in terms of efforts and sometimes hours worked. Promoting her would be irresponsible and create a train wreck waiting to happen. I also have to question the mental state of a mother of four youngsters who is also a part-time student who thinks she can balace everthing and do them well. Too many people with an “I want” attitude who just don’t get it. She needs to set priorities and if having four children was one of them, she’ll need make adjustments in other phases of her life.
