Why is this relevant? For all those professionals in claims including myself we this type of accident happening all of the time and though it is a traumatic event, it simply isn’t newsworthy. If you have that ‘rare story’ and know all the facts then by all means print the whole story. Not to be mean but mean but let’s use some common sense here.
Workplace safety in the U.S. is a joke, I hope he does sue. OSHA penalties are a joke, perhaps large civil suits will encourage other employers to make their workplaces safe.
