    Of all the weird news I’ve heard this month, this one tops the list.

    What a strange way to go about things, waiting so long to persue it in the courts.

    I can imagine judges being overworked, since people are so sue-happy, so it’s possible her claim has merit. Of course we never have enough details… but this is just a bizarre story.

    Seriously, she should have filed on time. I’m sure her late-husbands cohorts would have loved to see the outcome of this one.

    I wonder if we can sue for being half-worked to death? It would still be a big number and I’d be alive to enjoy the award.

    Does this mean that if he had never worked he would never die?
