She must a be lonely and bitter woman. Hope this stupid lawsuit is thrown out and she is forced to pay court costs and defendant atty fees. I’m surprised she hasn’t sued the Country Club before because of the men only and women only bathrooms! Talk about serious gender discrimination there (tongue in cheek people)!

Smitty, i agree with you somewhat that men would smoke most women in ATHLETIC events (sans babymaking…ha) but there are some things women will always be better at too…stopping to ask for directions…not combing over our balding hair, not scratching ourselves in public (i.e. common sense), etc…
How many women do you think would walk their balding, scratching, beer gut selves down the street without asking for directions…..and still think they look sexy????
I am not sure what to make of this. I play at a military base golf course and found several lady colonels who do play from the white tees with the men and who are more accomplished golfers. What I don’t understand is how this woman could be a member of the club and be excluded from the event without knowing beforehand that it was men-only. And if it was a men-only event, was this an annual event? If so, she should know better. But more probable is that she and her dad conspired to make a stink. I would rely on the by-laws which she, as a member, agreed to when she joined the club. Case closed, throw out the suit with prejudice!
