I always notice someone driving a new SUV with RT tags, and then realize that these same people are driving that same vehicle, on a daily basis, throughout the year, commuting to their day job, with the same RT tags…..I know some underwriters who would not have made the connection but I bring it to their attention. I find that allowing Repair and Towing plates for garage operations makes it too easy to go around the law.
