Are you kidding me? $41.40 for hitting someone and then leaving the scene? I’ve had speeding tickets for 10 mph over the limit that were double that! If it had been any joe blow on the street pulling a stunt like that, believe me, they’d still be in jail. This is ridiculous! How could he NOT know he hit someone??
Must have had his head in it’s usual place if he didn’t even hear anything. Kind of muffles the sound. Although Likker has an excellent explanation. Too bad he didn’t fall off the bridge also!
