Mass. Wants Insurers to Notify Consumers When Payments Made

    That’s right! You, the policy holders.

    Now it the insurance company’s job to make sure the crooked lawyers don’t run off with the claimant’s money.

    I’m sorry, did I say crooked lawyer? An Oxymoron if I ever heard one!!

    This is not a bad thing, and it takes 2 mintues to send out this kind of a letter. As the article states, some already require this. In the states I have handled, it has been no inconvenience to me to quickly get this letter sent out telling someone that we just sent they’re attorney a check for $25k.
    I’m surprised more states don’t require this.

    Actually, a straight lawyer, or a honest lawyer would be an oxymoron. Crooked lawyer is just redundant and true!
