So typical of a poorly managed, money grubbing state. The first thing on it’s mind is MONEY. This is an insult to the dead people on two fronts. First, they’re dead. Second, the state didn’t know who was liable. A great place live. Not surprising for the most corrupt and expensive place to live on the planet.

Most folks living outside the east coast and in particular NJ feel that this state is probably the most screwed up place in the US. Strong second is Mass.
My advice, get out while you can!!!!:)

They need to review their methods of collecting on damages done to their roads after an accident. I am sure they had to make repairs and probaly have collected under the truckers policy since he was charged for being at fault. Typical oversight from an incompetent person.

How ironic that this follows the article stating a county in Jersey is the judicial hell hole for litigation. It appears it is not just the bloodsucking lawyers but the State itself is involved in the act.

    You’re all missing the point:

New Jersey dropped the suit for damage to the roadway caused by the bricks from the truck that was filed against the dead people. My team is currently working on a new suit against them for enviornmental clean-up costs and the trauma to the indiginous insect population caused by their witnessing the accident.

Plaintiffs are currently two mosquitos, a lady bug, and some kind of weird larva.

We’ll also be petitioning that if the defendants are unable to appear in person they’ll be held in contempt and their bodies will be stored in the local jail.

    Thank you,
