it only delays the process to send it back to the lower court for another ruling on the suppression. why could not the supreme court make a final ruling and move along. it’s been already 9 yrs and the lady whom supposedly admitted she set the fire. this has cost how much tax payer dollars? is her lawyer a paid lawyer by the court? if so, another mass of $$$ spent. and you wonder why our courts have been backed up for months. so now, we had to pay the supreme court for a motion and apparently not once but several times and then again, sent it back to the lower court whom made a ruling so another set of pymnts…where will it end? and who’s footing the bill?

You got it wudchuck. Another example of just how badly our legal system sucks. Nine years is an absurd amout of time to agree on a simple evidentiary ruling. In the meantime, the judicial whores are getting rich on their pathetic motion practice. If this woman confessed this should have been a relatively simple case to try.

Her motive was to get back at the ex. She didn’t care who else was in the building. Go for broke & use all the statements since it appears she is guilty anyway.

She has already served enough time – Let her go and release her. After all this time its the right thing to do.

what time? she has not served any. truthfully, she needs to serve the time and think about what she truly did to those in that household. she knew what she was doing, but did not have a care about the family of her own blood nor that of the family in the connected building.

Blake, surely you jest! She murdered 4 people. She deserves the death penalty in my book.

9 years is not long if you think about the victims who survived that night and the closure they need to continue living a life without night mares i more than any of you know this as i am the ex girlfriends mother there was 6 of us trapped in that apt that night listening to the cries of those who would not make it if it takes 9 more years then let i relive that night every day having to throw my family out a window so they too would not be her victims please think of those who died and will not get to see justice done
