As it always happens, it started off good with Bob citing an important and I highly agree overlooked coverage. Now we have the Sharpton and Jackson haters at it again. What is that Black people can’t have leaders but other people can. Al and Jesse may not speak for me all the time but I am a leader for myself and the kids I mentor also.
Back to the insurance matter, companies need to wake up and stop looking at insurance companies being the bad guy and cover their behinds. If you know you have employees that are committing these acts get rid of them immediately. They’re like a cancer and will only cause trickle down liability in the end. I had a boss who liked to harass folks and he was eventually fired. I could have sued but oh well, I was young and dumb at the time plus some things aren’t worth all the hassle and you expect it in certain industries – you develop a thick skin. This boss went way too in asking for some and groping people. Verbally accosting someone is one thing but physically putting your hands on someone is another!
