AS a former resident of this horrible city and one who has a wife who was employed as a case wroker in it, I can safely state, Reading is one gigantic hell hole! Filled with murdering, welfare Puerto Rican thugs. This once bastion of the PA Dutch has long ago lost it’s allure and hard work ethic that those fine people built it with. Reading is already, let the school go with it.
Amen REAGAN ! The “Castle on the Hill” is a breeding ground for the future criminal population that has overtaken every section of the city. My mother currently resides below the Pagoda – and not in the “ritzy” homes on the mountatin – I fear every day for her safety.
